Conference programme 2020
hotelforum 2020 will take place on Wednesday, 7 October from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. as a virtual conference. The heart of the approximately 5-hour programme will be a festive live stage in the "hotelforum studio" in Munich. From here, certain selected items will be presented to a limited audience on-site, whilst at the same time the stage will be streamed live to a very largely virtual audience: e.g. the Techno Pitch with the Hospitality UPGRADE Award Ceremony, project showcases and as a highlight the presentation of the Hotel Property Award 2020. A Q&A session, as well as voting and chats, will form an integral part of the stage programme, and will also help those in the virtual domain to reach out to those on the stage.
Specialist topics touching on various aspects of hotel development - investment, digitalisation and design - will be discussed in smaller specialist groups in chaired virtual breakout sessions. Q&A sessions, voting and chats for virutal attendees will be possible here too.
We are offering exhibitors and sponsors new digital and interactive presentation formats – ranging from 1:1 video talks through to topical programme involvement.
Networking is not being neglected either: arrange to meet clients, business partners or other attendees at our virtual exhibitor stands, in event chats or at interactive bar tables in our networking area, and exchange news via text messages or video calls. We are using innovative, interactive formats to enable you and your company not only to be visible on 7 October, but also so that decision-makers and multipliers as well as speakers can make contact within an uncomplicated forum. The digital event platform will be opened already on 6 October.
